Our Staffing Solutions enable socially impactful hiring practices and absorb all of the employer-related risks of hiring people with barriers to work.

PERMANENT HIRES

As a diversity supplier, we also support our clients by sourcing and hiring individuals from under-represented talent pools who are ready for long-term employment.

SALESFORCE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

The Salesforce Employment Program provides cloud-based software training for newcomers to Canada and individuals with disabilities, then matches them with short and long-term employment opportunities.

Our Support Network

Working with community

Our partner network provides the necessary social services that candidates require in order to successfully enter or re-enter the job market.

During a Work With Us employment assignment, our field staff continue to have access to the following professional services: social housing, addictions counselling, social workers, job coaching, occupational therapy, case workers, one-to-one mentorship, and skills training.
